Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Dose Health LLC (“Dose,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, platform, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
Dose is not a pharmacy and does not compound, manufacture, or dispense prescription medications. We facilitate access to independent, licensed healthcare providers and, when medication is prescribed, facilitate access to independent, third-party pharmacies that may fulfill your prescription.
Prescription medications are prescribed only when a licensed healthcare provider determines that treatment is medically appropriate for you. Prescriptions are dispensed by the applicable pharmacy in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and pharmacy requirements.
By using the Services, you understand that you may establish a separate relationship with the pharmacy that dispenses your prescription. We do not control or interfere with the independent professional judgment of healthcare providers or pharmacists, or with a pharmacy’s dispensing practices.

Dose works with licensed U.S. pharmacy partners to support the dispensing and fulfillment of prescribed medications. We communicate regularly with our pharmacy partners regarding medication availability, fulfillment and shipping updates, and available quality and testing information.

By using the Services, you understand that you may establish a separate relationship with the pharmacy that dispenses your prescription. Dose does not control or interfere with the professional judgment of pharmacists or the pharmacy’s dispensing practices.
Services are available in all 50 U.S. states through affiliated medical providers and pharmacy partners operating in accordance with applicable state licensure requirements. The Pharmacy Hub states that it is licensed by state boards of pharmacy nationwide and supports prescription fulfillment in all 50 states.
Please note that certain medications, formulations, or fulfillment options may vary depending on state-specific pharmacy regulations, prescribing requirements, and dispensing restrictions.
Compounded Medication Disclosure
Certain medications available through the Services may be compounded medications. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed.
Compounded medications are prescribed only when a licensed healthcare provider determines that a compounded medication is appropriate for an individual patient. Dose does not manufacture, compound, or dispense medications.

Questions about the medication itself go to the dispensing pharmacist on the number on your label, or to your provider. A side effect goes to your provider, and may also be reported to the FDA at fda.gov/medwatch.
